Key elements to avoid ensuring survival and wellbeing.

Not registering your hours

Threat:

After a long day of work you log off without registering your hours for the day.

Consequence:

Hours and effort towards billable projects can be forgotten, leading to free work and less pay for Brilliant.

Mitigating action:

It is mandatory to register all your hours before logging off, which should amount to 8 or more hours (if overtime). Make this a habit and we're all good!

Covid-19

Threat:

The covid-19 virus is a threat to our wellbeing and wealth and must be taken seriously.

Consequence:

Herd members risk getting sick - from mild to serious sickness, to possibly perishing - or infecting other, weaker members of the herd.

Mitigating action:

All herd members are encouraged to take necessary precautions to protect themselves and others from the virus. Keep a clean environment, wash your hands thoroughly, use hand sanitizer, and stay home if you feel sick or start developing a fever, a running nose, an itchy throat or coughing. Taking covid-vaccines offered to you is a Brilliant thing to do too.

Hackers

Threat:

Hackers might exploit vulnerabilities to passwords and systems and gain access to sensitive information.

Consequence:

Critical information may be compromised, systems altered or shut down, and herd survival secrets may be stolen and exploited.

Mitigating action:

All herd members are encouraged to keep strong passwords and activate multi-factor authentication on all accounts applicable, both business and private. Security updates are to be installed immediately after release.

All user accounts have multi-factor authentication, and the shelter network and infrastructure is secured by state of the art security.

Territory authorities

Threat:

Territory authorities may flag your marked vehicle territory as unlawful

Consequence:

Herd members risk having to submit personal credits to please territory authorities.

Mitigating action:

All herd members are encouraged to submit a request for a suitable location in which they can mark their territory in agreement with territory authorities. This will be subject to a fixed amount of personal credits due monthly. Request vehicle territory here.
