Health & family benefits

Baby bonus - Employees expecting a newborn receive a baby bonus of 20 000,- on the last paycheck before due date, to ensure an extra financial cushion entering the world of parenthood.
Health & Life Insurance - All employees are covered by Brilliant's health insurance policy, granting prioritized treatment, free treatment and video consultations. The insurance also covers accidents and injuries on and off work.
Travel Insurance - All employees, their significant others, and their children under 21, are covered by our travel insurance.
Free Gym - All employees will have gym subscriptions refunded up to 600NOK per month.

Technology budget - All employees are granted a technology budget of 10 000,- per year to cover technology needs and explore technological innovations.
Competency budget - All employees are granted 30 000,- per year to attend courses and seminars to improve their skills, for benefit of personal development and customer deliveries.
No cellphone expenses - Brilliant holds all cell phone subscriptions for its employees, where everyone enjoys an unlimited number of calls*, texts*, and 20GB of data per month (beneficiary taxes apply). Cell phones are eligible for renewal every 3 years and Brilliant covers up to 11 200 NOK of the purchase.
No internet expenses - All employees will have their home internet subscriptions refunded up to 500 NOK per month.

(*Paid personal subscriptions and services are deducted, your melody grand prix votes are on your own dime ;-) )

Gaming room and annual LAN - Brilliant has an own game room to challenge colleagues to a game of table tennis, foosball and darts. We're also building an own gaming-section in the corner of the office, and we host an annual LAN where employees and their families can enjoy a weekend of pizza and computer games, just like the good ol' days.
E-sports team - Brilliant has its own e-sports team, primarily playing competitive CS:GO in the SportRadar(which we beat) League at Jotunheimen E-sports(which we beat). In this league we've also met competitors like Bouvet (which we beat) as well as customers such as FosenNamsosSjø (which we beat). Did we mention we're leading the league before the playoffs?
Hybrid office flexibility - All employees have the flexibility of working from home, their cabin, or even abroad if desired. Make sure you give your team lead a heads up so we don't file a missing persons complaint, even though you're green on teams.
Corporate pensions savings - All employees have corporate pensions savings. We'll all be rich when we're old!!

Activity zones & chill zones - Brilliant's offices offer both activity zones to catch a break from the screens, as well as chill zones where you can escape to enjoy some minutes of peace and quiet between battles!
Brilliant Tours - Every year we head abroad to focus on teambuilding and company culture. Our travel budget covers airfare, hotels and our corporate dinners.
